More of Dawn’s Story:

Dawn spent 15 years in public health education and health care marketing before founding Aegis. Her vision was to build a company that could support biopharmaceutical companies’ needs for the expeditious acceptance of new products, by positively contributing to and influencing clinical practice. This vision is captured in Aegis’s mission statement:

To build a superior understanding of medicine — the science and art dealing with the maintenance of health and the prevention, alleviation, or cure of disease — by providing tools and practices for communication and coordination that educate and enable health care practitioners and patients.

Dawn’s vision and mission attracts highly skilled employees with a commitment to drive results for their clients and a passion to participate in the clinical education process that delivers hope for patients seeking health and/or a cure for disease.

Dawn received a BA in Biology from Sterling College.

Jeffrey Hanhausen, CFO

Jeffrey’s specific roles through his career have been Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President, and CEO. The companies ranged in revenue from $7 million to $65 million. His skill in teaching has led to improved performance for colleagues, employers, and employees by constituting and developing high-performance teams, designing and executing competitive operational practices, and reducing costs in situations of market change.

Jeffrey’s passion for learning and teaching are at home in the Aegis environment where education and life-long learners are highly valued and viewed as one of the company’s strategic advantages.
